Image.InfoCards Publisher Personal Ed. - IIC Publisher will let you insert (embed) all types of information in your pictures using Image.InfoCards (IIC) technology. Image data is not touched (100% Quality) and they keep working as before (100% transparent). You can embed memos, data cards, copyright information and even your business card! Organize your collection, build databases, promote your work. Just imagine the endless possibilities of this! Your images will have their own memory!

Image.InfoCards (IIC for short), the name of this technology, will let users package together two valuable items: images and their related info. By taking advantage of file format features, the image's visual information and functionality remain unaffected.

The information is organized in user-friendly packets called "Cards", which can then be embedded on the popular JPEG, GIF and PNG image formats. These "Cards" can be accessed by any "IIC-aware" application on any hardware platform, for the purposes of documentation, database management, contact promotion and much more. IIC-powered images are software and hardware independent, can be shared on the Internet, travel by email, distributed by web servers, floppy disks, CD's, DVD's or any digital medium that preserves their file format. I like the software but I am a bit confused.
I had the idea that the "card,info,etc" would be invisible and that there would be a window to check that the info WAS indeed invisible.

If I saw an image on the web that I thought was mine then I could test it.....

Excellent!

I use embedding software to further protect my digital art by enbedding copyright info into the image. I have been ripped off by paysite before due to lack of copyright protection but easy to use software like this is a must for the home publisher and illustrator who need to protect their valuable work.
The interface was simple and it was easy to tag all of my work in a short time by just adding Copyright cards as I went.

Misunderstood...

I was hoping your software would embed data in the file that would then be readable in other photo programs like ACD See. But it appears that the data is entered in "Publisher" and only readable in "Viewer"... am I mistaken? Thanks for the free trial.
